Delivery Driver/Warehouse AssociateW.F. Hann & Sons are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate for their Warrensville Heights, OH location. The delivery driver effectively and efficiently loads and unloads HVAC equipment & supplies, delivers equipment to work sites, and helps within the warehouse. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into and learn more about HVAC and plumbing.This position offers room for growth and advancement into HVAC & Plumbing, with the opportunity to learn and work as a hands-on helper/apprentice on job sites.For over 115 years, W.F. Hann & Sons partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.Responsibilities:Responsible for loading delivery vehicles with parts scheduled for delivery and completing efficient deliveries and pick-up routes.Ensures that product is delivered to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.Accountable for picking up products along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested.Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made as required.Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery routes are completed.Responsible for travel as business dictates and can accommodate a flexible schedule to meet workload needs.Job Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordMinimum of 1 year of delivery experienceAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsCompetencies:Strong organizational skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamProblem-solving skillsExcellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsWhat can we offer you?Opportunities for Advancement Within a Growing OrganizationCompetitive base payMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Holidays401k Retirement Plan, 401k matchThe starting hourly base wage for this position is $18.00 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
